Cabins
Deposit: When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total tariff is required.
Checkout: Checkout is no later than 11am.
Broken or Damaged Items
Any items damaged or broken during your stay must be reported to reception so management can assess whether you will need to pay for the item. Items that are found to be broken, damaged or missing after your departure will be charged to your credit card.
Powered & Un-powered Sites
Check in for camping is no earlier than 11am. Check out is no later than 11am NSW.
For school holidays and public holidays the total site fees are to be paid in full with your booking. Camp sites maximum capacity is based on up to 4 people or a family of 6 with allocated parking for one vehicle.
It is important to note when booking camp sites for a large group of more than 4 people you will be required to book additional sites to accommodate for extra tent space and guest vehicles.

School holidays and public holiday weekend bookings – No refunds.

Other times of the year:

Cabins - In excess of 28 days notice – monies will be refunded less the 30% deposit.

Cabins - Less than 28 days notice – forfeit of all monies paid – management may allow a partial refund when evaluating the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.

Camp/Caravan sites - In excess of 28 days notice – monies will be refunded less a $20 Administration Fee.

Responsibilities of Dog Owners

Dogs are permitted in all areas of the park, excluding park owned cabins, caravans, amenities blocks, shop or the swimming pool.

They must be kept on a leash at all times.

They are not to be left unattended at any time.

Dog poo must be picked up immediately.

Cats are not permitted in any areas of the park.
Visitors

Your visitors are most welcome at the Mt Warning Rainforest Park. It is your responsibility however to ensure that they register on arrival. If their stay is for a period of 1 hour or less there will be no charge.

Whilst at the park it is your responsibility to ensure that your guest abides by the park rules. The rules can be found at Reception, the Camp Kitchen and the Amenities Blocks..

All visitors, to fulfill our government regulations, insurance and security requirements, must leave the park by dusk or 7pm AEDST, whichever is the earlier.

If your visitors are staying the night at your cabin or site they must pay the appropriate fees.
Excessive Noise or Offensive Behavior
Mt Warning Rainforest Park is a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Any person who creates a nuisance to others will be asked to leave without refund of fees paid.

GETTING HERE
Mt Warning Rainforest Park is centrally located between the Gold Coast and Byron Bay and just an hour and a half south of Brisbane.
The park is 10 mins from Murwillumbah and just 4kms from the beautiful village of Uki.
From the North
Travel 10 km south of Tweed Heads on the Pacific Hwy. Take the Murwillumbah exit. Travel through Murwillumbah township, and turn left onto Riverview Street to Uki. Travel a further 9km (10 mins). Turn right onto Mount Warning Road and we are 1.6km along on the left.
From the South
Travel 4km north of Billinugel on the Pacific Hwy. Take the Murwillumbah (Tweed Valley Way) exit. Travel over the Burringbar Ranges then turn left through Stokers Siding. Take the Smiths Creek Road turnoff, (50 meters before the Stokers Siding shops) to Uki. Travel 11km to the T- intersection at Kyogle Road then turn right to Murwillumbah. Travel 3km and turn sharp left onto Mount Warning Road. We are 1.6kms along on the left.
